WHO CAN PARTICIPATE:
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age or older as of December 8, 2010. Employees of Random House, LLC., and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies and immediate family and persons living in the same household of such employees are not eligible. WINNER SELECTION:
One Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries, conducted on or about Sept 23, 2013 by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winners will be notified via their Twitter and Facebook accounts and asked to provide their contact information within five (5) days of notification or an alternate winner will be chosen.
If, for any reason, the sweepstakes or any drawing is not capable of running as planned as a result of a computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical limitations or failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, could compromise, undermine or otherwise affect the Official Rules, administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right and absolute discretion to modify these Official Rules and/or to cancel terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes.
