Guten Tag. Could somebody check the format of the conversation "ist das ein Notfall?" All lines become single colum after the line "Danke" even though two people are still involved in the conversation. Danke.
Tag, Grace! It looks like it's supposed to be a different male speaker role after "Danke." The female patient is first talking to a receptionist, and then the doctor. When a third role is introduced in one of these dialogues, the program stops showing it through the right/left alteration, but instead with color. The shades are close, but the speech bubbles are actually different colors to indicate that someone else is speaking.
