Note that in the expressions Anh khỏe không? (How are you?), Còn anh? (And you?) and Rất vui được gặp anh. (Nice to meet you.), the pronoun anh is used. You should change the pronoun in these phrases to fit the person you are addressing (e.g. if you are addressing a somewhat older, similarly-aged woman, you would replace anh with chị).
