Just in case you haven't noticed, you can download a .pdf version of Grammar Guide, Guide to Reading and Writing Japanese, and Glossary.
If you go to "My Courses", you'll find the menu that looks like the following:

Grammar Guide and Glossary are the same as what you find in our Essential/Intermediate/Advanced Japanese books. And the three-part pdf of Guide to Reading and Writing Japanese is in fact a whole booklet!
These .pdf files are basically provided for those who have purchased our online Japanese course but not the books. However, there is no reason not to make use of them even if you have the books!
Print a page out of Grammar Guide or Guide to Reading..., and post it on your fridge, door, bathroom wall, etc. to remind you of some important grammar points or some Japanese characters whenever you see it. Print the writing exercise pages out of Guide to Reading... so that you can practice writing over and over again!
