Hi again, Grace. I checked in with the tutor, and she was logged on and got a message that no one else was in the meeting. She sent me the ID, and it's the same as yours. (563528974).I'm not entirely sure what happened, but I'll ask our vendor if they have any possible explanation. Please re-enroll in the meantime, and I'm glad you haven't had problems before at least!

Sorry about that. Could you forward your meeting confirmation email (if you still have it) to [email protected]? I'll forward it on to GoToMeeting and ask them what happened.I had a similar problem the other evening while training one of the new Portuguese tutors. We both were logged in to the same meeting, but we kept getting a "waiting for organizer" or "no participants" message.Please let us know when you re-enroll as well, so we can try to jump on and make sure everything is working. Thanks.

We're still trying to figure out what's happening with GoToMeeting. This doesn't happen frequently, but every once in a while it does. We honestly don't understand it yet, but we're doing our best to work with GTM to figure it out. Thankfully, most students never have any problems.
