Course Renewal Problem. Need Help ASAP!!!!!

In December of 2014 I activated my Platinum Living Language account to learn Chinese. I had a one year subscription and renewed my account on January 4, 2016 ( I paid $99.00). I've logged on and studied a handful of times since then. However, now it's telling me I need to renew again! I can't do anything until I renew, and I'm not going to pay another $99. I need to fix this asap and not being able to contact anyone really doesn't help me.
