Repeating an E-tutoring session for extra practice....
  • JenniferB January 24
If you repeat an E-tutoring lesson do you get charged a credit for that? All it says in the guidelines is that "you may repeat any session once for extra practice" I signed up to repeat a lesson but if I'm going to lose a credit on that I will cancel and move forward and keep my fingers crossed that it clicks for me on my own.

    Thank you

    Hi JenniferB,
Thanks for your question. Yes, each session, including repeated sessions, incur the use of one e-Tutoring credit, so you are more than welcome to repeat the session, but you will use an e-Tutoring credit in doing so. (We encourage students not to repeat the session more than once, simply because the sessions are not open-ended, but rather focus on a few concepts from the lessons, and hence can become repetitive after the second time.) If you'd like to cancel, please do so 48 hours in advance of the session to avoid losing your credit.
If you have any further questions, you can also email us at [email protected].
    Best,
    Erin

Thank you Erin. I went ahead and cancelled the repeat lesson and scheduled my next lesson's E-Tutor session. I will just go back and review the lesson 1-2 again on my own.
