Activated Wrong Language Course!

"I just purchased a Living Language French Platinum Edition package from Barns and Noble and the access code provided in the package activated the Italian course instead!
I sent an email to [email protected], but I know that you are also monitoring this forum here (I saw another post pertaining to this issue) and I want to confirm that my email has been received so that this issue can be resolved as soon as possible." I copied this from a previous post because I am having this same exact problem and I also sent an email to [email protected] but thought I should check the forums to see if anyone was having the same problem. Please help because I am eager to learn French!
