App won't recognize account

    Help! I have activated my platinum account online and downloaded the app for use on my iPhone and iPad. However, when I try to log in on the app, I get this message - Active subscription for this account not found.
    I have read and reread the FAQ, removed and reloaded the app, emailed support, etc.

    I am having the same problem. I have downloaded the app for iPhone. Does my platinum account not support the app?

    I also noticed that you can purchase access via the app for 9.99$. The content looks exactly the same as the desktop. Have I overpaid for the desktop when I could have purchased the app and gotten the same content significantly cheaper?

    Hi Jodyhb and Tonya,
    If you have purchased a Platinum Edition, you can unlock the paid content in the app by logging into the app (you should see Log In in the upper left or right corner depending on whether you are using an iPhone or iPad).  You should use the same credentials you set up to access your online course.  You don't need to purchase the app separately.  
    If you have purchased another program of ours, you will need to purchase the app separately via an in-app purchase. 
    Our online course does not work on iOS devices because many parts of the course rely on Adobe Flash.
