Recognizing Lesson Completion

Hi support team and fellow users,

I have just went through Lesson 1 in my French program online, and I am having a hard time getting the system to recognize that I have completed Lesson 1. Every time I log on, it suggests that I "Continue Lesson 1" and there is no gold star next to Lesson 1.

I have thoroughly gone through all the activities, notes, and games (all gold ribbons!) in Lesson 1. The overview page shows that I have acquired 4 game ribbons and 1 lesson star.

Is this just a bug, or have I missed something?

Thanks for posting about this. This is a known issue, and we're actually working on a fix, but have yet to release it. When we push this update out, we'll post on this thread to notify you.

I'm having the same problem. I see that these comments were on "January 27." Is this of 2015 or 2014? Just want to make sure I haven't missed the update.

Hi Paula,

My post was from Jan 27, 2015, so we're still working on the fix. The update to the online course will not require any action on your part. After the fix has been implemented, you'll have the same experience logging in but you'll notice that the stars will appear filled after you complete a lesson. I'll still post here though so that you're all notified of the fix going live.
