Wrong language activated!

Hello Support Team,I just received my Living Language French Platinum Edition package in the mail, and the access code provided in the package activated the Italian course instead!I sent emails to [email protected] and [email protected], but I know that you are also monitoring this forum here and I want to confirm that my email has been received so that this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.I am eager to get started on my French course. :)Thank you,Michael

The exact same thing just happened to me! Maybe there was a mix up with the French packaging? I am going to steal this post in Hopes I can get somewhere faster! Thank you!
