Wrong language activated!

    Hello Support Team,

    I just received my Living Language French Platinum Edition package in the mail, and the access code provided in the package activated the Italian course instead!

    I sent emails to [email protected] and [email protected], but I know that you are also monitoring this forum here and I want to confirm that my email has been received so that this issue can be resolved as soon as possible. 

    I am eager to get started on my French course. :)

    The exact same thing just happened to me! Maybe there was a mix up with the French packaging? I am going to steal this post in Hopes I can get somewhere faster! Thank you!

    Yes, this is a known issue that affected a small batch of codes. If you have this issue, we'll fix it right away for you, but you'll just need to send us an email at [email protected] so we can be in touch via email.
