In the Chinese Essentials Section: Word Search Game "Car and Bicycle"  there is no pinyin for the english word CHAIR.  Cannot finish this game.  I have reloaded the game several times....same problem.

Thanks for letting us know about the error in Essential Chinese Lesson 4 Word
Search. There is a mistake in the answer key so that the word you are told to
search for, yǐzi (chair), is not there but the word zhuōzi (table) is there instead.
We've made the change and with the next update to the online course,
this issue will be fixed, but for now, you can just look for the word zhuōzi in
order to pass the activity. Duìbùqǐ!

Intermediate Lesson 3 Sentence builder game part 5 and 6 cannot be completed.  Missing 2nd "ge" in both games.

I have attempted to contact you several times regarding this issue and it still has not been resolved.When I attempt to play the fill in the blank game online the box for the entry appears with the cursor flashing in it and the box for the spanish vowels appears below it. When I try to enter an answer I can not type any characters into the answer box

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your Spanish online course. In order to help you, I'll need some information from you.  You wrote that when you try to enter an answer, you cannot type the answer int the box.  Are you unable to type with your keyboard, by clicking on the Spanish special characters below, or both? Does it happen with all Fill In games or one in particular? It would also be helpful to have a screen grab and know what browser you are using.

I have written to LL about this issue but I never heard anything back. When I do some of the games I can't earn a medal no matter what I do. When I enter the game, the medals are 'greyed out' and I will never earn some of them. Is this a common issue and how do I get it fixed?
