E-tutor sessions not working?

Hello, I've signed up for an orientation for Japanese. I scheduled a tutoring session a few days ago for today at 7:00pm. Sad thing is, I went online and the tutoring session didn't exist in my courses. Its weird because I checked about an hour ago and it was still scheduled for today.Is there a certain procedure I need to take in order to get my tutoring session? Must I be online 30 minutes before?Please help!(I am a "Platinum" user for Japanese)

I too am experiencing problems with my account. I am not able to log into my account or schedule an e-tutoring session since Wednesday the 25th. What's up?

Well, an update has been added, and now instructions for e-tutoring sessions have been sent. Living Language now asks for your time zone, which makes it easier to schedule sessions. Check your emails on instructions to e-tutoring when you schedule a session.

Hey knoxfd,Have you checked your e-mail after you scheduled your tutoring session? Make sure its the one you are using for your Living Language account. If you aren't getting it right after you scheduled your session contact Living Language by their email and tell them. The e-mail tells you everything you need to know prior the e-tutoring session.Hope they help you dude. ;-;
