Syncing Issues

I've been going through the living language Greek essentials program using my phone app and I've been loving it.However, any time I switch to using the app on my iPad or doing courses online, the program doesn't sync and the progress I've made on my phone doesn't show up on either. The opposite also occurs, if I complete a lesson online, the progress doesn't sync with my phone.I am signed in to all of my devices, so they should sync. Is there something wrong?

Dear Komos,I'm glad to hear you're enjoying the Greek course!
Currently, progress is not synced between devices/online course. Apple's Cloud
is not as reliable as we'd like, so bugs would be introduced if we were to use
the Cloud for syncing purposes. We'd like to offer this functionality in the future, but I'm afraid for the time being, it is not available.
