Ejercicio físico (physical exercise)

    Estoy trabajando en mi documento "Hablando de mí"
    y estudiando lección diez (Español esencial).

    I am looking at two infinitives to follow Me gusta as I try to speak about physical exercise.

    Me gusta hacer ejercicio.

    No me gusta ejercer.

    What is the best way to refer to physical excercise for health reasons?  I think I want to say: No me gusta ejercer, pero hago mucho ejercicio por razones de buena salud.  (I do not like to exercise, but I do a lot of exercise for reasons of health.)

    Hola, Allen:

    HACER EJERCICIO y  HACER DEPORTE are the most common expressions in Spain.
    We use EJERCER with the meaning of TO DO, but related to a profession or a job.

    Eg: En el futuro me gustaría ejercer de abogado: In the future I´d like to work as an attorney.

    ¡Sigue haciendo ejercicio y estudiando español!
