    I had the same issue here.  (Arabic Room -- Jan. 4 (9 PM).  The citrix room kept saying "waiting for organizer".

    After 20 minutes of that, I left -- very frustrated.

    I have been taking the Japanese e-tutoring sessions and I have made it to the higher levels.  I was wondering if there was anyway possible to increase the number of available sessions from Intermediate 4 and up, so that I am not waiting for several weeks between sessions at times.

    Hi Zippy,
    The sessions are accessible to online course subscribers by logging into your online course and clicking on My Courses and then Schedule an eTutoring Session on the right side of your screen. You can also go to My Profile and click on Manage eTutoring to schedule a session.

    Hello,

    I'm looking to schedule a tutoring lesson for Spanish Essentials 3-5.  The next lesson isn't available until next Monday at 1, or next Thursday at 9.  I cannot do a tutoring session during the day and would prefer not to wait until next Thursday to practice as I am already on lesson 4.  Is it possible to schedule a lesson over the weekend?

    Was the e-tutor program canceled for Arabic? There are no times on the schedule for any session on any level
