E-tutor No Show!

    I was scheduled for an e-tutoring session for French, and my tutor didn't show up! What do I do? or what can I do? There was no customer support phone number I can call about this. I scheduled my day plan around this tutoring session, and when this happens, it's really frustrating!!

    I hope this won't happen again!

    How frustrating. I'm so sorry! Can you please email us at [email protected] with the time and day of your session? We'll find out what happened and reschedule a session at a time that is convenient for you asap.

    Yeah, I had the same thing happen here.  (Jan. 4th (9PM) Arabic Room).

    I'm sorry to hear that. I believe you've been in touch with us already at [email protected], but if you haven't please send us an email.  We've had some technical issues with our video calls, so that may be the problem.  We're looking into it now.
