Spanish Advanced Unit 1 - Exercise: Pronouns
  • Anna February 19
    Hello students!

Yesterday two students were taking the Advanced Unit 1 e-tutor session and we practiced an exercise substituting the direct object* in a sentence using the proper pronoun.

    See example below:
Direct object(Tú) llevas el libroYou take/carry the book
Direct object  (Tú) lo llevasYou take/carry it
    * Direct object: The noun or noun phrase that a verb is directly acting upon, for example "the watch" in "Jimmy looked at the watch"

If you reached Living Language Advanced Unit 1, here you will find an exercise to master your direct object pronouns in Spanish. Please substitute the
direct object for the correct pronoun. Feel free to send your answers to the Forum to be reviewed.
