Language Lab exercises vs "My Courses" exercises

    Are these the same, or are they different? Are the language lab exercises just a smaller version of the "My Courses" exercises? Should I do both or just stick with the my course exercises?

    The Language Lab exercises/games (and vocab) are just an abbreviated version of what you have in the full course. They're meant as free digital supplements for people who have purchased our book and audio-only courses.

    If you have the full online course, you have access to all that content, and a lot more, in your course, so no need to do the Language Lab stuff.
