New Japanese Platinum Customers

We’ve encountered a new bug in our Japanese iPad and iPhone apps that only affects PLATINUM customers trying to log in for the first time. The app will crash after trying to log in.
Our developers are working on a fix right now. It takes about a week for an update to be reviewed/approved; a new update should be released by Monday, February 25th.
There are no problems with purchasing the app via in-app purchase in the Apple App Store.
