E-Tutoring not working

I am supposed to have an e-tutoring session this morning, but when I click on the meeting URL link the website won't load. I use GoToMeeting frequently and tried going directly to their site and entering the meeting code, but it won't load that way either. It's very difficult for me to schedule these sessions, and missing one because of a technical issue is problematic.

I notice that you have business courses for Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, and Spanish. DO you have any other business courses planned? Will they come out soon? I am interested in Italian and French business courses. Also, do you get a certificate once completed? Thanks you for your response.

Certificates at end of course - suggestion

Just a suggestion. It would be nice to get a certificate when one finishes a course or a level. I took an online course over the internet from a major university, and they emailed me a certificate. Nowadays, it shouldn't be a problem with the technology, maybe even have it available ( and to unlock) when you finish 100% of the level. It is a good incentive to finish the level, and also for those who have the books, to sign up online. I had the books for all the levels in Italian, but ended up taking the course online. It gave me more structure (time-wise) to finish the course because you sign up for a certain amount of time, while having the books, you can procrastinate. Maybe, you could tie it into the end of level exams. Also, for those using the books, maybe they could take the exams (end of level) and get the certificates as well. Of course, you would have to have a minimum passing level (say 80%). Thanks for your attention to this.

Hi, I have a question on renewing a language course. Let's say that I finished my one-year course on German. If I decide to renew the subscription, would I have to renew it for another year or would it be possible to renew it as a (for example) three-month course? Thanks.

In December of 2014 I activated my Platinum Living Language account to learn Chinese. I had a one year subscription and renewed my account on January 4, 2016 ( I paid $99.00). I've logged on and studied a handful of times since then. However, now it's telling me I need to renew again! I can't do anything until I renew, and I'm not going to pay another $99. I need to fix this asap and not being able to contact anyone really doesn't help me.

I figured I would post it here since there isn't a forum for Passport French. I am just wondering if there is a grammar guide or a glossary for Passport French. I know I had access to a German grammar guide and a German glossary (both in pdf format) when I took the German online course. Are those types of file only available for the regular language courses? I bought the Living Languages Arabic yesterday at Barnes and Noble. Unfortunately, I did not like the software and asked if I could return it. They said that I couldn't return it after I opened it but Living languages would be able to refund me.

I would rather only learn pinyin and not characters. I just find I can get through the lessons quicker. The games come up with characters sometimes. How can I keep everything on pinyin?

App won't recognize account

Help! I have activated my platinum account online and downloaded the app for use on my iPhone and iPad. However, when I try to log in on the app, I get this message - Active subscription for this account not found.
I have read and reread the FAQ, removed and reloaded the app, emailed support, etc.

Recognizing Lesson Completion

Hi support team and fellow users,

I have just went through Lesson 1 in my French program online, and I am having a hard time getting the system to recognize that I have completed Lesson 1. Every time I log on, it suggests that I "Continue Lesson 1" and there is no gold star next to Lesson 1.

I have thoroughly gone through all the activities, notes, and games (all gold ribbons!) in Lesson 1. The overview page shows that I have acquired 4 game ribbons and 1 lesson star.

Is this just a bug, or have I missed something?

iOS8 upgrade issues

I just upgraded my iPad to iOS8. I am currently on Lesson 6 of Italian by Living Language.

After upgrading to iOS8, all conversations no longer show
the text, but the audio does still plays.

When will there be a fix for this?

I purchased the platinum edition to learn French. I completed 100% of the Beginning section, but I can only access 83% of the intermediate portion. I cannot access 14 games, which is a shame, because I feel I learn from these. I find them very useful. Is this a bug in the software or a problem with something else. I do my courses via internet.

What is the key to Bades? I am on essential German with App. Lesson nine now with Gold stars in each lesson. I only have 6 Badges. I was racking them up to begin with but have not gotten one since Lesson3, I think.

Is something wrong or am I just not deserving?

Making this post because I'm less than impressed with the app I purchased linked to living language, it's filled with a large number of spelling mistakes in the romaji I'm not sure if it's deliberately done in an attempt to dumb down the lessons or if the app was not properly reviewed before it was released by as it stands it's a substandard resource and I would really like to see it fixed in a future update

I purchased the Platinum course for French. I received all the correct books and the audio CD's. However, the online course -- once activated -- is for Italian! It does not let me change in within the website. Please correct this immediately!!!
