30 must-know technology words in Spanish



 

First things first. In Spanish if you study Information Technology, estudias informática, and if you work in IT, eres informático/informática. More specifically, you can be director-a del departamento de informática (IT manager), ingeniero-a informático-a (IT engineer), desarrollador-a de software (software developer) or emprendedor-a (enterpreneur). Once your identity is clear, let´s review some key words in el mundo de la informática (the IT world). Here you have 30, but the list could easily grow to 100.
