Hello, I am not sure where to post this as i have just joined the site.  Please excuse me if it is the wrong place to post this but i would dearly love to get my head around the German language.  My grandfather was German.  I was born in England but i have always felt German and have a great desire to speak the language.  I am in my fifties, my children have all grown up now and had children of their own and i have tried many ways to learn the language but don't seem to be getting anywhere with it and it is sooooo frustrating.  Have i come to the right place?
