If You Have a Bad Connection During Your eTutor Session

Hi there. We haven't had many questions from students about bad/slow connections during eTutor sessions, so hopefully no news is good news. But just in case it ever happens to you, you might consider trying this:-Use the chat feature to send a quick message to the tutor along the lines of "Bad connection. Going to sign out and sign back in." (The chat seems to work even when the video and audio are bad.)-Click on "leave session"-Wait a moment, and then log back on with the same URL that you tried before.Sometimes the tutor may have a bad connection, in which case they may try to do the same. If they log out, the session will automatically end, so you'll need to log back in.If none of this works, please let us know by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or [email protected], and then of course re-enroll for the session right away!Thanks,Chris
