Lessons cancelled

Hi,
Last time I checked there was an intermediate French lesson 1 session at 11am on Sat but now it's gone. Do lessons get cancelled when no one signs up for them at a certain time before they begin? Or do they disappear from the available list when they're full? I wanted to do that session but is it full or cancelled? I thought classes are only closed for enrollment one hour before the lesson begins?

Hi, Shane. eTutor sessions are indeed cancelled if no one has signed up for them by 48-hours before they're set to begin. (We do this so our eTutors have a decent advance notice of their schedules.) And yes, they also disappear from the schedule if they've reached the cap of three enrollments.Sessions are closed for enrollment one hour before the lesson begins, but that's assuming that there has been at least on enrollment before that 48-hour window.If you aren't seeing sessions at a time when you can make it, please e-mail us at [email protected] or [email protected] and let us know.Thanks,Chris
