Ipad App and Online Course

    Are the online course and the IPAD app the same?

    If so, are they sync-able? Online it shows that I have not completed any work so far but I have been working from my IPAD as it is more convenient.

    Hi, Cheyenne. The content in the iPad course and the online course is the same. If you're a Platinum customer, you can move from one to the other seamlessly.  (The only difference is for customers who buy the app as a standalone. It doesn't come with eTutoring that way.)

    I have to check with our developers on the sync-ing. I think there were some issues there, but to be honest I need to check with the tech experts to be sure of what they are.

    Is there any update on syncing between ipad/iphone app and online course progress?  I just finished the first two lessons online and when I go and log into the app, it starts me from the beginning again...

    Hi DFWJr,
    Unfortunately, your progress on the app and the online course are not synched currently, and we don't have plans to add this functionality.  Sorry about that.

    That really surprises me as I think this is actually quite simple and many of your competitors do this already (along with almost all other cross-platform apps).  It's obviously not a deal breaker, but if you are really trying to go for the feel of a unified experience across multiple platforms, you really should consider this.
